|Recommended: YesFamily Community — I moved to the POM in October and rented on the 2nd floor. Then unexpectedly became disabled in January and unable to walk up and down the stairs. I had to call the fire department and ambulance for a “lift assist” just to leave my apartment home. The office staff were all very helpful and kind. They transferred me to a ground floor unit as soon as one became available and made the move seamless. While at home getting physical and occupational therapy, daily…I would sit and watch individuals as well as families walking their dogs, riding bikes, swimming and even setting up picnic lunches on the grounds. It was just the motivational activities that I needed to see and I couldn’t be more happy to be a part of this community. We oftentimes don’t even look to see what is happening outside of our own homes and in our neighborhoods. I know prior to this diagnosis I never did. So I just wanted to share my positive experience to let others know what a really great place this is to call HOME.

|Recommended: YesLove It Here So Far — It’s so peaceful and quiet here. It has lots of shade compared to my last complex. Maintenance guys are so quick and polite. The office staff have been very helpful and friendly. Neighbors have been so nice as well. So far I really like it here and would definitely recommend

|Recommended: YesAbsolutely Love It — The grounds are clean. The game room common area is always full of boxes, can't access.

|Recommended: YesI Love Pom, But It Could Be Better. — I lived here in 2017 when I transferred units in the military. I loved the complex and all it had to offer. I feel safe letting my kids play outside and be kids. All the neighbors are super friendly, and there's minimal noise. It's so peaceful and a place worth calling home. My only complaint would be that upon moving in, my apartment smelled like pet urine. I'm allergic to cats dogs so my allergies took over while moving in. Staff jumped on the issue right away by having the carpets cleaned again as well as vacuuming up. Unfortunately, this hasn't resolved the issue. The carpet still smells of urine, and no matter how many times I vacuum, I still find hair everywhere. It's on my clothes, furniture, and we just won't be playing our favorite game Twister anymore. Maintenance said it was the chemical I was smelling, but you cannot mistake the smell. The carpets should have been replaced to resolve the issue. My last request was ignored. I do love this property and I love the spacious apartment. I just wish they would take care of this one issue since it does affect my quality of life.
|Recommended: YesQuiet, Pet Friendly, With Great Staff — This neighborhood is lively but inside the unit is quiet. Pet friendly, great lakes, pools, and very pleasant staff. Maintenance team is also friendly and quick. I have been here one month and already received a new dishwasher and got sprayed for bugs twice, when I saw a few ants. The complex is a bit older but location is prime and it is maintained well. Love living here I lived here a couple years ago and just came back.
