|Recommended: YesI Went To A Lot Of Places I Went To This Is One Of The Best Places And Compatible To A Lot Of New These Places That I Want To Charge You 3,000. — . I'm moving went in well the leasing agent was excellent the property manager was excellent they took in my service dog with no problem. All I can tell you is this will probably be my last place I'm not going anywhere else. Family life kids they got great pool they got food trucks, they have some time entertainment for the residents. I'm a disabled first responder and all I can say that they treated me well and they understood my disability and they took care of me 100 . That's from all the way from the property manager down to the groundskeeper. God bless you guys and hopefully we're all be friends for as long as God wants us to be.

|Recommended: YesBest Rental Community In Lee County — The community is so well-kept, has amazing amenities, friendly staff and the price is comparable to most rental communities, however, this is by far the best-kept and the interior of the unit is way more spacious than any other I've seen

|Recommended: YesWonderful Community — I moved to Palms of Monterey about a month ago. Kelly, who is the manager of the community has made sure it was a smooth move and made sure everything was ready for me and what wasn’t ready. They got attended to right away. The maintenance crew has been great. The two younger guys absolutely wonderful to have come to my house. Tulio was the apartment consultant that showed me around to each unit when I was anticipating moving there and he has absolutely stood by everything he promised me and when I have a question or something for him, he immediately calls me back and takes care of it. I really feel like I have allies with Kelly and Tulio at the management office. When you have a good manager and good apartment advisors like they do it make sure living in your life so much better cause sometimes living in an apartment isn’t good but I can tell you it’s not like an apartment at all. It’s like you have your own place and it’s quiet and a lot of people have been there many years, and that speaks for itself. Thank you, Kelly and Tulio

|Recommended: YesFamily Community — I moved to the POM in October and rented on the 2nd floor. Then unexpectedly became disabled in January and unable to walk up and down the stairs. I had to call the fire department and ambulance for a “lift assist” just to leave my apartment home. The office staff were all very helpful and kind. They transferred me to a ground floor unit as soon as one became available and made the move seamless. While at home getting physical and occupational therapy, daily…I would sit and watch individuals as well as families walking their dogs, riding bikes, swimming and even setting up picnic lunches on the grounds. It was just the motivational activities that I needed to see and I couldn’t be more happy to be a part of this community. We oftentimes don’t even look to see what is happening outside of our own homes and in our neighborhoods. I know prior to this diagnosis I never did. So I just wanted to share my positive experience to let others know what a really great place this is to call HOME.
